• Caulking of windows & doors with 45 yr. Silicon latex to seal out moisture and conceal cracks/gaps.
• Filling of structural cracks and wall defects with elastomeric patching.
• All areas scraped, sanded, & primed as needed.
• Application of Sherwin-Williams / Behr / PPG Paints exterior paint with (Flat / Satin) finish. (100% Acrylic Paint)
